The case was so well handled by RDOA, that not only those of us, who became member of RDOA, but every serving and retired officer of The Three Services (and families of the deceased officers), who were not even members of RDOA, got their Rank Pay dues. The case has to be dealt in a systematic manner, like the case of Rank Pay, which was so efficiently handled by Col BK Sharma, President of Retired Defence Officers Association. At an appropriate time the concerned Team will share the complete information with you. The concerned officers have shared this important information with me and I am fully aware of it. Very well qualified and highly experienced officers, who have very detailed knowledge of pay, pension and allowance pertaining to Defence Services, right from the inception of CPCs, have studied the case mentioned in the trailing email and are preparing a legal case in a most professional and systematic manner.
